By purchasing from or interacting with Amybell Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Handmade Products

All items sold by Amybell Creations are handmade by me. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. These differences are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.

2. Colors & Photos

I do my best to photograph items accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings or lighting.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the item. Estimated shipping times are provided, but delays caused by postal services are outside my control. Amybell Creations is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve it.

6. Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check details before placing your order.

7. Use of Products

Items from Amybell Creations are intended for personal use only. They are not to be resold, copied, or claimed as your own designs.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, text, and branding associated with Amybell Creations are my original work and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Amybell Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at my discretion.

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of my shop or services indicates acceptance of the current Terms of Use.
